Tweet Shot : Birds in Focus Friday

Over in G+ world you can find a plethora of photography themes and circles. Photographers of all skill levels participate in sharing their favorite snap of the day. Today I chose to post a few of my favorite feathered shots for Birds in Focus Friday, curated by Risto Talman.

Florida Sandhill Crane
I have a family of about six of these that come to visit every day in my yard. They're beautiful and a joy to watch. They like to pose for the camera too :)

Macaw Parrot
These blue and gold lovelies are two of my favorites at Sliver Springs theme park. They don't shy away from photos and will start to chatter away when they know they've got your attention.
